5. Your Property is Cleaned to Perfection
Your Dustrix cleaner arrives fully equipped, delivers the service, and leaves the space spotless.
After the clean, you'll receive an email to settle the remaining balance and leave a review if you'd like.
We currently serve London - mainly East London.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No — as long as we have clear instructions for access, you're free to head out. Just make sure the cleaner can get in and lock up after.
Yes. All Dustrix cleaners are background-checked, interviewed, and fully briefed before any job.
At Dustrix Cleaning, we provide all cleaning products, cloths, gloves, sprays, and essential tools. However, due to transport and health & safety constraints, we kindly request that all clients provide:
A working vacuum cleaner
A mop & bucket
A step ladder (if high surfaces or cupboards need cleaning)
If you do not have these, please let us know in advance and we may be able to assist with alternatives at an additional charge.
General tidying, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom wipe-down, kitchen surfaces, bins emptied, and floors mopped. You can customise your clean through a custom cleaning package by emailing us on - info@dustrixcleaning.co.uk
A deep clean goes much further — we clean behind furniture, descale bathrooms, detail the kitchen, wipe skirting boards, and sanitise high-touch areas.
Absolutely. Just let us know during your quote request and we’ll set up a recurring plan that works for you.
Yes — we ask for a small deposit to confirm your slot. The remaining balance is paid after the clean.
No problem — just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll reschedule free of charge. Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations.
