Dustrix Cleaning – Client Terms & Conditions

By booking any service with Dustrix Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all parties.
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final balance.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Prices may vary depending on the property’s size, condition, access, and additional services requested.
To cancel without charge, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.
You may reschedule once without penalty, provided you notify us more than 24 hours in advance.
Clients must ensure our cleaners can access the property at the scheduled time (e.g. via key, code, concierge, or by being present).
If access is not possible, the appointment will be marked as a missed service, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Please notify us of any hazards, limitations, or specific cleaning instructions prior to the appointment.
All valuables, breakables, and sensitive materials should be safely secured or removed.
Dustrix Cleaning guarantees a professional cleaning service to a high standard.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, staining, mold, or wear and tear.
Services like mold removal, pest treatment, or repair work are not included in general cleaning. We may offer related services at an additional cost — please ask if unsure.
We provide cleaning products, gloves, cloths, and essential tools, but kindly request clients to provide:
A working vacuum cleaner
A mop & bucket
A step ladder if high-level cleaning is required
(Please inform us in advance if you cannot provide these. A surcharge may apply.)
Optional extras (e.g. oven, fridge/freezer, inside windows, laundry) must be booked in advance or authorised on the day.
These will be charged separately and added to your final invoice.
Please inform us if pets are on the premises.
While we take reasonable precautions, Dustrix Cleaning is not liable for pet-related incidents or disturbances during the service.
Our team is fully insured and trained to work safely and respectfully.
Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
We are not responsible for damage due to faulty appliances, poor installations, or fragile surfaces.
If you are not satisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours of the clean. We will investigate the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a return visit or partial refund.
We do not offer refunds outside of this timeframe unless a serious issue is clearly documented.
All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most recent version of the terms.
